It is essential that we articulate our experience as much as we are able at any given time in order to appreciate our present experience and to serve as the foundation for further growth and transformation. It is beneficial to have someone to help us “hear” our experience and to help us give verbal expression to the questions that arise within us, without judging our experiences – someone who does not have a preconceived notion of where we are or where we should be, someone who can help us be where we are as we are.
